Headphone mode problem

This complaint is against the shop keeper to whom i ve given the set for repair on 03/03. i was told it should be sent to head office as it could not be repaired. i granted the permission.

i dont know wat is the result the shop owner is not at all recieving the calls even though his personal phone is ringing.

this is the not proper way to deal with a customer.
