I Have Purchased Micromax Mobile On 18/8. There is some issue with the phone that the memory card is not working hence i gave the phone to one of your service which is at chembur which is in the name of Dynamic Enterprises on 22/11 .He told me he will be giving the phone in 15 days but its more than 20 days i have not got the phone. He told that the phone is still lying in nasik .i am not able to understand when they have committed of 15 days then why are they taking some many days.
I kindly request you to look into this matter and help me out to get out of this problem.
