Sir, I have purchased a microtek inverter on 29-04. Details of the inverter i purchased is given below:

Sir after a few days of purchase, the service of the product began to be erratic. The main problem of the inverter are:
1) While the "Mains on" light indicator is on always, the light indicator of the "Charging" remains off more often (That is the battery is not shown to be charged)
2) I have to keep the power switch of the inverter "Off" always because whenever i power on the Inverter Switch during normal time, the inverter supply its power instead of the normal power.
3) Today after 10 minutes of time during a power cut when only one fan was running, immediately the INVERTER indicated "LOW BATTERY"
Sir.. please help me to get out of this embarrassing problem i am facing. Thanking you,
