I HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAINT FOR MY MICROWAVE OVEN OF SAMSUNG WITH COMPLAINT BP No.8410867338, THE FIRST COMPLAINT REGISTERED THROUGH TOLL FREE NUMBER IS ON 24TH MAY. TILL NOW I HAVE GIVEN NOT LESS THAN 9 COMPLAINTS. EVERY TIME THE CALL CENTER IS REPLYING THAT THE COMPLAINTS WILL BE ADDRESSED WITHIN 24WORKING HOURS, BUT UNFORTUNATELY IT IS STILL NOT BEEN ADDRESSED. PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW TO ADDRESS THE PROBLEM.
