Respected sir,
I am having a samsung microwave oven, in the month of june, 12 rotating disc moter was not working and same was replaced by service engineer of samsung company. The original motor was replaced with china made motor, at the time of replacement it was pointed out that why you are replacing with china made motor his reply was samsung company is suppling the same. Samsung company is a repuated company i dont thing samsung will supply the compnent of china made. Now it is requested kindly replace the motor with original component of samsung company at the earliest.
