I purchased said product from Homeshop 18, NOIDA and found blue tooth device is not working. A complaint against this has been made to the service centre of M/s. Himalayan Times Pvt. Ltd., at Nehru Place. On the advise of them I sent my representative on 10.11.2009 for the change of product. They informed that product will be delivered within a day or two with full satisfaction but the same was reached on 17th Nov.09 which was also not working.
I again made complaint to the customer executive of Homeshop 18 and they informed that I have to send the product to M/s.M/s. Himalayan Times Pvt. Ltd. A.124, Okhla phase. II (Indl. Area) Near Malwa Cotton NEW DELHI.19 . I sent the same vide TNT Courier No. DO 481664 423 WW dt. 21.11.2009.
Now more than a month has passed but I have not received the same. Numerous telephonic calls have been made in this regard and every time I was assured that product will reach to me very soon.
