Poor quality

To whomsever concerned with,

My name is Annie Paul, This mail is regarding complaint

for one of your product i.e Thermosteel I purchased year back, I found

that when I add hot water after one hour its cool down and weird

part is the outer side of flask gets hot, am unable to old the flask.

I didnt expect this kind of poor quality of your product, As

I am aware Milton company is best for home appliance, but I am shocked

for this kind of service, as customer I would expect to be fare towards me.

Please help me as I wont ask for full refundbut right commitment from your company. I hope that revert to this mail will be given soon.
