I had purchased the following items from afore-mentioned showroom on 14/05:
1. Samsung Refrigerator
2. Whirlpool Washing Machine
3. Carrier Window AC
4. Tata SkyDTH Connection
I had made the payment of Rs. 48, 000/- on Saturday and the dealer had promised to deliver the goods on Sunday or latest by Monday (4 p.m.) i.e. 16/05.
I had not received goods on Sunday, so decided to take leave on Monday for receiving the items. However, after waiting till 5 p.m., when I had not received any communication from the dealer, I visited showroom again on 16/05. The dealer told me that the items will be delivered by Tuesday.
I had to waste my leave and miss an important deadline on Monday. And the delaer should have informed that he won't be able to deliver the things on time. This incident has caused a lot of inconvenience to me and i have wasted lot of money. My 48, 000/- rupees is still with the dealer and he is not taking my calls. I want my money back. Please help..!!
