Not Working properly & No respond from Agent letsbuy.com

I have purchased one MIcromax Q5 mobile from letsbuy.com last month thorugh order No. LSB-21269.

First Week the product was worked well and after that the same has not been working well.

I have made so many times to the concerned customer service & did not yet get any solution.
