I have been visiting www.mobilexchange.in quiet often and i find many good offers for sale of used mobiles.
I wanted to complaint about a person posting many advertisement in used mobile portal www.mobilexchange.in for sale of
top model expensive highly priced mobile like iphone4 samsung Galaxy s2 he ask to transfer money in his account for mobile
and then as soon as any buyer transfer the amount for mobile he stop attending the calls of buyer and ignore this way he might be
cheating and doing fraud with 100 of users and buyers everyday he might have already done many scandals and fraud since one year
infact he did same cheating with me so i thought of reporting it here i have already posted the same details to admin and owner of
