I have purchased a Mobile No. GU285 from M/s. Madaan Mobile Point on 30.07.2010 sum of Rs.4400/-. Sr. No.358749033914250, I have given my sat to Ms. Alpha Infotech services, F-1, Krishna Mall, Tonk Road, Jaipur for the problem but they will not give any soluation so far, porblem is still from 31.12.2010 Job No. RNA101231073518. Kindly look into the matter and remove the problem in my GU285 handsat. I am also complained to you earlier but no response given from your side. Pl. solve my problem and oblige.
