We are very unhappy with your mobile.we have taken this mobile on 2 june after 2 month it had software problem then we gave it to authorised samsung service center, they returned us after 1 month. then hardly we used it for 4 days then same problem occured again.then again we gave them they returned us after 1 month just after 5 days again same problem occured.now when we went to them they are telling us to go to koria.we are requesting you to look into this matter and take the right action as soon as possible.we dont want this mobile any more.your service center members and customer care members are also not responding us. we are waiting for your reply.
