Not giving won prize

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Sony Ericsson W595 mobile from The Mobile Store shop in Kanpur on 20th april and won a 2GB MP3 player as summer surprise gift. The shop promised to give the gift after 2months from the date of purchase. But the shop didnt fulfil its commitment.
