We had purchased a Samsung S3310 and Samsung Corby a total worth of Rs. 13, 718 on October 25th at the Irla Vile Parle Branch.
There was a scheme of minimum 5% cash back on every mobile purchase. At the time of purchase we were asked to submit the requisite docs so that they could sent it to their HO for the cash back offer which a customer should be receiving in a span of 3-4 weeks.
Today, the 24th of March yet another follow up going futile. The sales man are definitely promoting the products which starts with a wrong promise and committment. Have come across a salesman Arul Wilfred who left no stone unturned to get in to the argument mode with the customer to prove his point. He even encouraged us to complain against him as he said he was dead sure his seniors would understand his situation. He offered me to get in to his shoes so that I understand he is indeed doing a very difficult job.
This is one of the worst salesman rather custoomer service that I have come across in all these years. He was pathetic and arrogant. He was just too much.
The promises have been false and it only gets worse with elements as Arul.
He said he is too good with customer service and that was quite a good joke.
This man's attitude just made us rethink on the kind of people that frustrated customers like us have to deal with.
Mobile store need to recruit people who can listen patiently and handle customers tactically and not people like these who only add to their woes.
I will go further with it legally with Mobile store and this salesman for getting us go through this for the 5% cashback as promised.
