Mobile store for BlackBerry Torch 9860 handset
Misleaded just to sell the handset

Hi

This is in regards to the Mobile set which I brought from a nearby Mobile store located in Crown Interiors on Saturday the 26May'12. I was in a mood to but any one of these handset- HTC ONE V, BB9780 OR BB9360.

But the agent have sold me Blackberry Torch 9860 and gave me the feedback as Good battery backup and latest technology OS Blackberry OS 7... and when I started using it I am facing the problem of Battery backup... which is very poor. Even my old handsets have better battery backup then Blackberry Torch 9860. And today I have just checked the reviews on Internet and people have the similar kind of reviews "http://www.gsmarena.com/blackberry_torch_9860-reviews-3926.php" check the given link for your reference.

My only concern is that the executive in Mobile store has simply misled me in selling the handset and I am also facing the problem of poor battery backup and Another concern is that do I also have to wait for the handset to get hanged as this is also one of its biggest problems.

I am not really happy after purchasing this handset.
