This is in regard to the cell phone of Samsung E1107 S.No. 355570030566817 purchased from the Mobile Store Ltd, City Centre New town, Shop No-C, Ground floor, Atrium, Kolkata Ph. 64587635.
I was badly looking for a cdma phone as i was not getting the battery standby for the no. 9230085383, which is there in my signature given below.
Thought that this is a solar energy ph, so it will help with a long battery life.
I had to buy 2 phones in 1 month from this store for the GSM No. 9831872389. as even a single day backup i was not getting.
So, this time for the CDMA phone i was not ready to take any chance so went for solar energy phone.
Luckily, the cover was opened here once i have paid the amount Rs.-. I found that this is a GSMA phone. I told about this yesterday evening, and they brought the set and even they called me and as assured by me yesterday caming running to take it.
The bill is issued against by IBM address, given in my signature.
I requested to give me another phone and even i am ready to pay more money.
All in vain, as you have process that bill once printed, can not be change.
I don't know, why a bonafide customer was not even getting the proper treatment.
I am keeping the set here only in your show room.
