Dear Sir,
I regret to inform you that we have made many requests for the last six months. At all times, there have been many attempts by the mechanics who come and say that power supply unit needs to be changed, then they have informed that mother board needs to be changed.
All these are only assumption by them it seems. Moserbear does not have an interest in repairing the unit completely. Mr. Nanasaheb Aher have tried several times to replace the parts but unsuccessful.
We tried to reach Mr. Santosh Jha wo is the executive of Mosarebear but we have been unsuccessful at all times.
Mr. Shinde, Mr. Banti Yadav, Mr. Nalawade, Mr. Nanasaheb Aher, & I also Try to you more than 20-25 times regarding non working of the Moserbare LCD, 42 LTH D, TV.
Your technical / service engineer came to attend the problem, but till today they have been unsuccessful.
It is requested that you may kindly attend the complaint without any further delay or please replace the same on an urgent basis. & give us relif.
We would appreciate your early action in the matter.
