Poor handling of my complaint

Respected Sir,

I had a problem with my cell phone with regards to the non-functionality of the power button, however after enquiring with the Motorola Customer support i was advised to hand over the cell phone with the service center by name FineFone Solutions located at the Jayanagar. And I had handed over the cell phone with them on Feb 27th and after initial round of investigation i got a call back saying it needs a replacement of a component which would charge me Rs 2800 which i agreed upon for the replacement.

After after 40-45 days after constant calling the service center one saturday i was told that my phone is ready and asked me to collect in the evening of the same saturday which i failed because of my commitments and went the immediate wednesday so before going there i decided to give them a call back and to my understanding they say that my phone has a touch screen problem now and that would cost me another 3k which i found to be a fraud, that's when i decided to take back my cell phone and escalate it with the customer care department.

I did had a case filed with the customer care [Incident # : 120411-013883] on April 11th and i was put across to the escalation department and was handled by Ms. Shipra when she took over the responsibility and asked me to return the cell phone to the FineFone service center again and she would get it done within a weeks time and i have done the same with the work order # being 443 on April 14th.

After no one taking responsibility i decided to give them calls and keep my self posted and on April 24th i receive a call saying my cell phone would be ready on April 30th and i was supposed to go and collect the same on that day since i was out of station i didn't managed to do that but on my return i decided to call the customer care and enquire about the phone they now say its not ready because i was not ready to make the payment of 5k, after explaining the entire context they still tell me the same old story.

Since i found a fraud of 3k extra on my touch screen i filed complained with customer care i really want this to be addressed and the customer support was one of the most irresponsible one i have seen in ages together.

Kindly provide me justice.
