Valid IMEI Operator still rejects

I have valid Motorola Z6 with all bills. But service providers says it is invalid IMEI number. Verified with Motorola customer care center - They say it is valid IMEI number. But still operator (Aircel) says it is not in their database.

I think many other complaints against the service provider (Airtel, Aircel etc., ) related to different manufaturers and different service provider.

But noticed more porblem with Motorola Z6 phones.

From the consumer perspective rights of knowing the information in this regards is completely violated - They just say it is not in their database - Which database - who gave the details and who owns the responsibility of handling the concerns on phones having valid IMEI numbers getting rejected? No clue to any customers?

Neither manufacturer nor the providers are ready to take these issues seriously and consumer don't have any clue where to go?

I believe after this buying any new Motorola phone is scary, even from authorized show rooms - Don't you think because of this company name (Motorola) is getting impacted? Look at the customer service for every call I need to wait in queue for 30 minutes or every mail it takes 24 hours to get an reply - Resolution time - I really don't know in this case it is already 3rd day. I am still having same problem
