Mobile phone kept for 33 days and returned without repai

Dear Sir,

I had the misfortune of taking a MOTOROLA DUAL SIM Mobile phone from CHORMA, PACIFIC MALL Sahibabad. The phone was purchased on 9th Oct. but due to speaker problem I went to them on 20th Oct. They kept it on the promise of returning in 15 days. After much follow uo they gave it back on 23rd Nov. But this time one sim is not working. Their Girls MONEY behaves rather rudly.
