Motorola E6e
Touch pad not working

Hallow Sir,

My hand set model is Motorola E6e. The touch pad of handset is alignment is gone wrong. So i want to save all my data from handset to laptop. But the PC suit is also not working inspite updating online.

Could you please help me. As i'm far away from city area.
