I had purchased a Motorola Milestone in May. After a month of purchase the phone started giving trouble that automaticlly on its own it would type something & things like that. I gave this for repairs at their service centre in Dadar. After a month they returned this after correcting the fault.
But, now the phone had another problem. It would switch off & become blank automatically. I again gave this to their Dadar service Centre. Its been almost three months & I don't have a concrete reply from them.
They admit that the piece is faulty but they don't have a new handset in stock to replace this piece. Inspite of repeated calls & complaints to the higher officials as well, they are just not replacing my handset.
When I told them to give me the complaint report in writing as to the action taken & the problem with the piece. They say that they can't givbe anything in writing.
Is this a corporate we are dealing with or just any roadside company who happens to manufacture sub standard garbage in the name of Mobile Handsets.
If it would be possible I would like to advertise to the masses not ever to purchase any motorola product. The company (I am not sure if we should call it company) just doesnt believe in after sales service.
PLEASE DONT INVEST IN ANY MOTOROLA PRODUCT EVEN IF IT IS BEING OFFERED IN FREE TO YOU. THEY JUST HARASS.
