Motorola Mobile handset
Eplacement of handset in warranty period

Hi,

I am Vivek Mahadev Topale, brought Motorola WX 180 handset from BIG BAZAR, kandivali (E) on 15 Aug 10.

Since September 10, the mobile is completly dead. So I visited shop and service center twice (first time they ask me to get fresh bill).

Now they are saying mobile is dead because of unknown reason. they can not repair or replace the handset.

I am hereby confirm that mobile was not damaged and nothing is happened to that but still they are not ready to accept my request.

Need your intervention in getting my query / complaint solvee.
