Dear sir
I have purchased motorola q9 on 29 th april but it never works properly from the day one. i have deposited in the custody of authorised service centre at jammu twice in warranty period but the problem is not resolved .now its in the custody of service centre from 6th feb but neither i have got back handset back nor any reply from motorola, s helpline inspite of my several mails.they are not turning to complaints.i have sparingly used this handset now i want to sue the company which is behaving like deaf.
