I regret to inform you that I got a very miserable experience after sales & service from your side. I purchased a Samsung handset (Metro 3310T) on 8th march from S.H.Mumtazuddin Times (P) Ltd., Kolkata. In the back side of the handset, chromium plating is there near the camera. This metallic portion got oxidised and has got rusted. I called to your customer care service department for replacement at 033 - 30308282 and spoke to one of your executive name Mr. Ved Prakash Sharma on 24th July. According to his instruction I visited your service centre Ace Care located in Jatin Das Park and spoke to Mr. Deep at phone number- 9831077188 . After hearing my problem he refused to give me the proper service.
I kindly request to expedite the matter at your earliest.
