I bought Onida mobile G720 from Mobile Gallery, Kazhakuttom, trivandrum on 21-06-10. I used it for 2 days and after that it was not getting charged. When i contacted the showroom from where i purchased mobile they told me that its a charger complaint and for that i have to contact the service center in M/S The Window
TC 28/943 (43, 1259), Kalpalathika, Kpc Building, Punnapuram Road, Kaithamukku, Trivandrum, Kerala. They told that the complaint is with the battery and as this mobile is a new model it will take a week for the battery to get replaced. Finally after a week they replaced the battery and then they found that the problem is not with the battery, but its a board complaint. So they asked one more weeks time. At last they replaced the board today (27-7-10) and as there was no light in that service center they told me that the complaint is rectified. Once i reached home i found that the complaint is still there. Is there any way I can get my money back. I am really fed off with this new mobile.
