Customer Call Center very Bad service

Dear mam&sir,

i have MTS datacard (MBLAZE) prch deat 13 Aug.. But use 15day's and My data card blocked

but ree submited to ID poor Retelar shope .. 12 Sep inform to call Center your Active.

but problem same .. today is rechar 999 but same problem sir .. I calling to Customer Care not Respon
