Recharged through net banking - debited but not recharged - reg

Sir, I have done a online recharge for Rs.150/- through SBI- Tirupur branch, one line net banking. The amount was debited but the recharge was not done. The date of recharge is 16-7. Pls check it up. The cell phone no. is 9150145139. I though the amount will be recredited to my bank account. But so far it was not credited back.

Pls look into it.
