NAAPTOL is a big scam and it's a total fraud company.. I don't know how authorities are still allowing such fraud company to do business. I ordered a 16gb Spy-pen. (order No: 1124010) n got it on 17/12/10. Immediately upon receipt, I found that they sent a defective piece. The camera is recording upside down. After complaint, they asked me to send it to a company in Hyderabad for replacement and I sent it on 21/12/10. After several reminders and phone calls and I got it back..by courier on 2/2. (after almost more than a month)
Even Now the camera is not recording the image straight. it's Now recording across instead of upside down as complained.. and there is no sound recording..
This company is total fraud and big cheater company.. I don’t know how people are still buying things from such a fraud company and how authorities are allowing such fraud company to do business.
Can we lodge a case in consumer court on NAAPTOL for doing such fraud business?
