Naaptol cheating for Blackberry flip 8220

Dear sir/Madam,

I had order blackberry flip 8220. But they sent china phone in blackberry body.

Several time I called to naaptol customer care centre they given me complaint no (2666306) and assured me that they will return my consignment within 48hrs. But they are not taking appropriate action.

Plz. Take necessary action against naaptol.
