Ordered blackberry 8830 - cash on delivery. after receiving the set is not working with CDMA and also not working with data (GPRS) with any card (BSNL, DoCoMo or Airtel). The naaptol complaint center is not responding at all. It costed RS 6100 but of no use. Can you help in getting the money refunded.
