I have purchased Full Touch Screen Mobile F8, order # 1871807, it was delivered to be on 10th June, since the day I started using the phone, it is giving me constant problems, it gets restarted again and again, charging of battery lasts for 10 minutes, while it is charging, and if i pick up phone, i normally get electric shocks from the phone.
When I purchased the phone, it was told to me that if I didn’t like it, I could exchange it with some other product, and it has onsite 6 months warranty..
Now once i purchased there is no warranty or support, the customer care people are asking to take this phone to nearest phone repair canter and get the same fixed.
This is the service of naaptol... absolutely not accepted.
