COMPLAINT REGARDING THE PRODUCT
1. We had purchased the SPY PEN 16 GB worth Rs 1749.00 on 15/10 from your company.
2. Order No.879954
3. We had received the product on 2/11
4. The piece was defective and i.e. why we asked you for the replacement of product on 2/11.As guided by you we returned the product on the same date.
5. You gave us a conformation of receiving the defective product on 4/11.
6. Since then we have inquired many times regarding the details of the product but no such progress has been seen with respect to the Spy pen. Kindly refund the money if you are not responding to the given correspondence.
7.This is a reminder to you that I have waited for a long enough and now I'll be taking strict legal action with the respective matter in the Consumer Forum.
8.It is a kind request to you to revere back to my complain as soon as possible else you shall be receiving the court orders.
