Receipt of replacement of the product purchased online from Naaptol

Dear Sir,

I have purchased One Famous Slicing & Dicing Master BIG HOME - Mini Silai Machine with Thread Set form Naaptol.

My Order no is : 2110028

I have received both items on time on 1st August on COD of Rs.2298/-. But on opening of UNDAMAGED PACKING, Slicing & Dicing Master was found damaged. looking to packing, it seems that the damaged product was dispatched.

The damaged product only i.e: Slicing & Dicing Master was returned to you on 2nd August by Blue dart and the same was received at your end on 3rd August FOR REPLACEMENT.

1) Till today I have not received replacement of the same.

2) On contacting your customer support of Naaptol, the only status we received is " Material ready for dispatch" since many days. The same was informed on today also.

3) No one form customer support is able to answer the probable date of dispatch and reason for delay in dispatch although it is ready for dispatch.

Surprisingly, received a call from courier company about the arrival of parcel on COD (Cash on Delivery) of 2300/-. And on inquiring at Naaptol, the agent was not aware about any dispatch and informing me that product is ready for dispatch.

The courier company has sent back the material to Naaptol after one week as confirmation was not given by Naaptol about free delivery even after my several reminders to Naaptol by phone.

Secondly, this product replacement is supposed to be delivered free of cost and this is sent to me on COD. And no one at Naaptol is aware about the same.

Since last 45 days I had paid full money of the product and I the proper product is not delivered to me.

Note: We always have to wait/hold our phone line (on STD call) for ALMOST 30 MINS before reaching to customer support agent, which is not in case of order booking phone lines. (Spent more money then the cost of damaged product)

Please look into the matter urgently and resolve immediately to avoid the waste of time and money.
