Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased one LCD TV from Nandilath G-Mart, from their edapplly Showroom Cochi, Kerala. While purchasing the television, warranty offered for this product was for 2 years. They informed warranty card kept inside the Box. After reaching home, while verifying warranty card found it is applicable only for 1 Year. Immediately checked with show room sales executive over phone. They informed that was a ‘World Cup Offer’ Warranty Card will receive from company after certain date after closing the offer sale.
I trusted words of people and contacted several times and personally visited 3 times to Show room for warranty card. From the final talk held from the show room they informed me to provide billing details, they will send to Delhi office and get the additional warranty card. Mr. Biju, Mobile Number – 09895103836, second number – 8129050309. I spoke to these people many times and send SMS also many times mentioning my ‘Address for communication as per their request’.
It is very sad to expect a dealing like this from a company like this. I request you to please look in to this matter and send my warranty card at the earliest. My billing details given below:-
Bill No – EKM-6535, dated – 21st June Model Number – LCD FEDDERS LLOYED L22S.
Since mine is transferable Job to other states also, authorized warranty from company is must for me. If it is delayed further final option available to me is to approach consumer court for this.
