Not recieved a refund for the cancelled tickets

Dear sirs/ Madam,

As below said mail details i had sent to irctc & there customer care phone no.011-39340000 i have spoken to Mr. Vivek more than 40 times since last 4 monts & till the date i have not recieved my money back.

So, i am requesting to take care of this complaint as well as try to get my money as soon as possible.

Please note that afresh reminder has been given to the concern

department for taking some rapid action on given issue. So please

co-operate with us in this regard till receiving any update. As soon

as we will be in receipt of information, the same will be conveyed to

you.
