I purchased a mobile (Model number is 8502, from you vide order no 92362 from naptol company. I got the mobile in seven days but when I opened the consignment there was no user guide, the two batteries was also damaged one, the bill was also not there and in short it was looking that it has provided a damaged product to me. I called number of times to the company but the customer care executives / ladies use to say same line only that you will get the things in seven days. But till now i have not received any thing yet. My complaint number is 92362
