I bought a brand new Acer btouch smart phone on 15th Oct.by 22nd Oct, teh mobile phone had crashed and was not usable. queries to customer cell were clueless on replacement formalities. they said repair will be done. just needed to know hiw can teh company expect the customers to use a repaired brand new phone. pathetic service. advise future customers to stay away from this phone model.
