I bought a Samsung plasma TV 43D490-3D from M/s. *Next showroom in Pitam
Pura*, Delhi 110034 on 15th October vide bill number 08070 and
3012401725.Customer Executive Mr. Jai kant Kamat handled the purchase while
Mr. dinesh was the counter incharge, and Mr. Mohan Singh Store incharge.
As per my discussion and agreement at the time of purchase, Samsung TV was
accompanied by Samsung 3 D glasses (two number) and one samsung Blu Ray
player. The cost of TV was increased to accomodate Blu ray player instead
of 3D DTH gift available at that time with TV in additon to 3 D glasses.
However, as this was pre Diwali time, Next showroom counter incharge told
that Spectacles and Blu ray player would be delievered by Diwali time. The
same was mentioned in the gift register in the showroom and written on the
bill as well.
Therafter, I made repeated calls to the Next showroom phone number and even
visited showroom, and every time, I was told that, due to some problem with
samsung it will be available in next 10-15 days. On 18th December I
registered my complaint in the complaint register available at the showroom
for both blu ray DVD player and 3D glasses. Later In December end Blu
ray DVD player was delieverd after a lot of follow up from the next
showroom.
*Over five months have already passed, and I have not yet received my 3D
glasses*. The next showroom people now refuesed to pick up call or talk on
this subject. I request your urgent intervention, so that next showroom
delievered its promise and consumer interests are safeguarded. I bought 3D
television for my kids so that they could see 3D programs, and till now, in
last 5 months, it keep reminded us of the fraud, Next has done with us
