I have ordered for a product called Nicer Dicer by seeing the advertisement on TV - Telebrand.

As shown in the TV, the order has been placed by telephone mobile no. 9223100723. They asked my credit card over phone for Credit card no. and the amount of Rs. 2094 and the Biller name is TELEBRANDS-BILLDESK MUMBAI IN.

The material has not been received by me till 6th Apr 11. When I contacted the mobile number they asked to contact their customer care no. of 022-40989529.

I am in touch with the above customer care number for the past 10 days and they always ask me to wait for two more days.

As per them the despatch details by postoffice is R0016031. But I enquired at Chennai post office and there is no such parcel available at Chennai. I wonder does it take 15 days for material to come from Mumbai to Chennai.

Kindly suggest for either getting the material or getting back the money.
