No sevice Support after delivery and purchase

I had bought a VGS-701 Mobile through times internet ltd. Though the company mentions you can download phone suite from the net its not been possible till date. I have sent them a mail before but no reply for that also. I purchased this mobile on 15/7 order no 112454527 invoice no TI-4775 and suborder number 3201747. their service senrer nos. are Alpha Radios Chandni Chowk 1900, Ph-011-23861944. I would be greatfule if you could help in getting things right.
