I reside at Plot No. 1080/2762, Jagamohan Nagar, Bhubaneswar-751030. I have an acquaguard machine for which I have a subsisting AMC with your Company. I had encountered some problems with the machine and requested your Khandagiri Vihar Office (talked to Mr. Naba Mahapatra, who normally comes for fault repair) on 20th June to come and attend to the problem. He did not bother to come. Again, I lodged a complaint with that office over phone 0674-2384532 at around 8.00 AM today (23rd June). No body has attended to the fault repair job. I have doubts about the purity of water we consume from the machine.
Your slogan is WE CARE FOR YOUR HEALTH. Is it the way you care for our health? Is this your service? Why your Company asks for AMC? After the AMC, you fail to honour the service/maintenance contract! This is not expected of Eureka Forbes.
