Not getting any response, prodect is still under warranty

Hi,

I have lodged complaint during Mid of Aug 11 and service center guys taken to center for problem and after giving it back, machine is not working at all.

I have again lodged a complaint on 9th of Sep 11, however not getting response at all. My complaint # is S0906 lodged on 9th of Sep.

Please help me to find out the way and also want to lodged a case against the company for mental trouble they have given to us.
