Worst service provide by nokia care

Sir,

i have submitted my nokia 2730c handset for repairing, which is in warrenty, to nirmal enterprises on 19th oct.but he has failed to repaire itand making false compliment to me.my handset imei no.is 351985045138663.the ncc no of nokia care is613804886 .this nokia care center is making fooland nothing else, only it extends the time limit for 6to 7days more.

please take a hard action against it.
