Hi. i have nokia 5800 express music phone which i was bought in oct.2009. its having problem before sum days n i submitted my phone to d nokia care centre which is at east paten nagar i submitted it atleast 5 times but d guys didnt find the problem 2 times i sumbit the phone battery n 5 time my phone last time when i was submit my phone the guy said sir i thought ur battery nts wrking properly so u have 2 submitt u r battery n den i ll see wht ll happen but i already submitt battery once before but its not the battery fault.dat time i said him day plz recheck my phone he said no sir ur phone is fine i got my battery back again n my phone get again the same problem see its 7 time as i spend in ur customer care but i i think u guys dnt do ur work properly i m very frustrated n dnt knw whts is going on nokia such a very bad service u give 2 the customer i realy feel that i ll never buy nokia heandset again its already 3 months as i spend in the nokia care n nw i have my phone but still its having d same problem whenevr i ll go there the guys only update my phone software nothing any more its not gud its not going 2 be fine for the customer i m not lying the detail i ll give u just check it out first then tell me whts gonna i do nw.i dont want 2 go service station any more if u dnt do any thng i ll go too the consumer court... then u feel how does customer disappointed.plz look into this matter as early as possible.. if u dnt do any step then ill surely do the one step ahead
