I have proccured one NOKIA 1616 set on 20-8 from M/s George & co, Alappuzha and got one free simcard belongs to AIRTEL with mob no.9995909983. It was not worked for 5 days ie; upto 25-8 evenafter recharging with Rs.20/-. Then, on nextday itself, I got a message from airtel regarding the BIGOFFER for 3 months validity for freecall from A2A for an amount of Rs.100/-per month. I ahave availed the offer upto 20-9. It was not recieved after the due date. I have given a complaint to customer care on 22-9 with ref; no CBNRA2092224986. BUT NO REPLY UPTO 27-9. AGAIN I HAVE LODGED THE COMPLAINT ON 28-9. THEY INFORMED THAT THEY WILL CALL ME AFTER 3 HOURS.

NOW EVENAFTER FIVE HOURS, THERE WAS NO CALL. IHAVE CONTACTED THEM AND THEY HAVE NEGLECTED MY DEMAND FOR CONTINUATION OF THE SAID OFFER OF Rs.100/- PER MONTH FREE CALL FOR A2A. NOW THEY ARE REPLIED THAT I WILL NOT GET THE OFFER. AND SIMPLE ESCUSES REGARDING THIS.

kINDLY RESOLVE THE COMPLAINT AND RELEASE THE OFFER AT THE EARLIEST.
