Complaint about the phone and customer care centre

Hi..

I have purchased nokia-500 IMEI no. 359744/04/903110/7 on 8th jan. After few days of purchasing my phone start getting hang. Few days back it was switched off i took my cell to nokia care center they diagnose it and tell that its display screen is damaged some liquid entered in it so u need to change its display screen which is not in warranty scheme and it will cost you around Rs. 2200/-. By the evening i went to take my cell back they they said mam there is some software problem also so we need to update your software. At that time they said that now your touch screen is working properly.

After two days when i call to know at what time i can collect my cell they said mam your phone is still under process it will take just a day more you dont make any call to us we will inform you but for 3 consecutive days i call them to know detail about my phone. But they give me same reply. Then i call them after 15 days they said sorry mam we cant repair your cell phone you can take it back.

Is this kind of response they give to the customer when i call them they didn't take my words seriously. They always pass my call to one person to another. If they can't repair my cell they should have atleast inform me. Even they have charged me Rs.57 just to check my cell phone.

It was unbearable behaviour and they give poor services.
