I had bought Nokia 5130 handset in the month of May and within 2 weeks it stopped working, and as per the instructions in the user manual, I took it to the Nokia care Malleshwaran expecting that either they would replace the handset or they will repair it for free as, it was within warranty Period. But to my surprise, they told me that the product was liquid damaged and will not be covered under warranty and I had to pay repair charges for 2 weeks old mobile. And further they told me that because the product was repaired the complete warranty is VOID.
I totally disagree to the statement that the handset was liquid damaged. The fact was that, I was been sold with a defective piece for which the Nokia care denied to accept
Its very disappointing that Nokia care is cheating their customers with such false statements.
Please anyone help us in providing justice and take strong action against Nokia care
