we are now sick of visiting nokia care store.. even after my 3 visits to the nokia care store the same problem of keypad malfunctioning is troubling me.. from the purchasing date 17-april i cannot even use it properly for 14 days in continuation... the same problem comes and disturbs me after some days of treatment... the nokia care responsible person's took the phone for the month and so and again the same problem came back and this is not the first time, this happened for the 3rd time... i want the replacement of my cell as soon as possible... please look to it and maintain the quality work that nokia is known for..
