Dear Sir,
I am Chetan Choudhary from Sagar MP India. Being a regular user of Nokia products, I have purchased a Nokia 5800 handset on 27th april.
From the third month I was experiencing 'screen damaging problem'. Regularly after on screen's lock, my cell's screen loking like wash out painting this is a big problem experiance, where is no key pad than how can i dial numbers and how can i know who is calling me.'.
I took it to Nokia Care, where they told me your screen is damaged, after feq day i will change it, but i was went so many time but the commitment of your care fail.

Secondly, I cannot use the phone for five months now, so the purpose of purchase stands defeated.
Thirdly, I came to know subsequently from some other users and local shopkeepers that the 5800 model is much complained against due to the aforesaid problem they are getting.
Lastly, after duly purchasing a new phone nobody would like to use the same if it makes a tour to the service center so early.
My cell is in gaurnty period so please change it.
